Hello there people helper, im currently planning to boost my computer perfomance

my current pc spec:

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE 3.2GHz
GPU:ASUS HD7850-DC2-2GD5-V2 (work well, not upgrading atm)
RAM: 4GB DDR2 667mhz
MOBO: GA-MA74GM-S2
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

oh and power supply is COOLER MASTER eXtreme Power Plus RS-460-PMSR-A3 460W (the fan has been too loud since i installed the hd 7850 ).

my main purpose for the pc will be gaming ( mostly action open world games , gta v if it did come out on pc) and soon will 'try' to learn editing & stuff.

i'm a modest gamer, i dont do overclocking and only gaming at 1366x768 resolution.

i appreciate any suggestion huehuehueue.

The best suggestions I can can think of would be to get faster RAM and or to get a monitor that is 1080P. Even your current setup should be able to handle 1080p with decent performance. You can get a good 24" 1080p monitor from Newegg or Amazon for $130+ and the RAM shouldnt cost you any more then that $250 budget. If it is more, then it wouldn't be much more.
