Hi guys this is for the first time i am making my own custom pc and as of now my budget has exceed its like 150000 INR or 3000USD (approx). I have chosen a motherboaed which is a bit expensive i guess can u guess me an alternative for it and also which size of cabinet and PSU i need.
Specs:
Intel core i5 6600 (processor)

Asus maximus VIII hero alpa (mobo)

NvidiA GTX 1070 or 1080 (GPU)

DELL 24inch 1080p LCD

Corsair ve gence 2x4 GB (RAM)

I want to know that the current mobo has wifi and bluetooth. If i go for a cheaper model will i get a LAN slot or ethernet slot?
And with any other motherboard will i be able to install a wifi card in it and bluetooth in it? Will i get good speed if i do like this?

Secondly what size of cabinet and PSU i need for this. I will use 1 SSD 1HDD and 1 ODD.

And atlaast are these specs good for extreme gaming on ultra settimg like 1080p. Will i get the best from GPU CPU and RAM

The CPU you selected is meaning less as it is locked and cannot be overclocked.
Gave you a build with far better components.

But i7 was not meant for gaming it was for workstations and video editing right.

Price will come down if i get my parts from street and not from amazon :)

And monitor i will be choosing an asus 2k ultrawide tv

No all i7s are meant for gaming especially the K editions. Xeon processors are made for mainstream workstations and video editing. The suitable i7s which are made for gaming as well as processes like video editing are e edition CPUs like Skylake-e( i7-6800K, i7-6850K, i7-6900K, i7-6950X) i7-6800K and i7-6850K comes with 6 cores and scale better on video editing than i7-6700K does. The top of the line i7-6950X is insane with 10 cores and can be overclocked to very high clock rates which makes it suitable for both gaming and video editing.
