Suggestions for 24" Rotatable Monitor

I'm looking for a new 24" monitor, so far the best I've seen for a sub $500 range is the benq e2400hd.
However, I need it to rotate to view code and I don't think it can do it.
I'd also be playing a bit of games and watching movies.

Any suggestions?
