Suggestions for a quiet and cool pc system.

Im looking for appropriate parts that would make my pc both cool and quiet, no so much quiet as much as I'd like it cool, but both go hand in hand anyway.

Im sure the main parts that cause the most noise would be the cpu cooler, gpu and psu.

Alot of gpu's lately have a feature (without changing it already) that are silent until 60-65c, which isn't much of a dilemma, but more the cpu cooler, case and type of fans too.

Any suggestions for all or any of the parts would be great, so thanks.

P.S cpu temp isn't much of a concern with an AIO cooler, but im more concerned about gpu temps. I'd like to keep them under 75c if possible, and hopefully shouldnt be too hard.

I have been researching but I'd think peoples own unbiased opinions and own experiences may be more viable. Any specific websites?

The best place for silent product reviews is SilentPCReview. The guys have a specially made chamber just to measure silence of case fans, GPUs, cases and more.

Just seems that you either get quiet or cooling performance, not both it looks like. 🙁
