I can't find anything online about that particular ASRock board, so I'd recommend looking for something else. I have personally only had good luck with Asus boards so far, so if I had to build a new PC today on the lowest budget possible, I'd go with:

The motherboard selection, availability and pricing in Canada kind of sucks. I'm currently waiting for prices to settle down and more models to become available before upgrading my PC. Ideally, I'd want something with at least one 2x2 USB port since I'll almost certainly wish I had one 3-4 years from now and the only way to add one after-the-fact is to sacrifice the only x4 slot on mainstream platforms.

I ordered one since I doubt memory in Canada will get this cheap on a regular basis any time soon and I plan to upgrade my i5-3470 probably to an i5-11400 in the not-too-distant future.

It works. A 11500 will give you better graphics (UDH 750 vs UDH 730) but that 11400 will do fine at that resolution.
