Suggestions for cooling my CPU

I have an i7 4790k and when idle/web browsing its 42 degrees celsius, thus keeping the fans quiet which i like, however when I game such as Witcher 3, Battlefront, ETC.. It goes up to 88-97 and just makes my pc sound like a jet. Suggestions for cooling?
