I am trying to make my first PC build as good as i can on pretty much a $1,200 budget. I am planning on gaming, livestreaming to Twitch, and recording and uploading videos to YouTube. (I would really like, but don't need a neon green theme. Red or blue would also be ok)

I would like people with knowledge and experience to help edit this build to make it as good as possible for my price range.

This is the link to the build. (edit and reply with edited build link if possible)

Yeah there haven't been any major CPU improvements since sandy bridge (2xxx series). Most of the real advances have come in efficiency savings (performance per watt), and I expect the same from broadwell really. I'm really hoping AMD have something awesome up their sleeves with their new GPUs though, fingers crossed

No firm dates, both AMD and Intel just say Q2 2015 right now.

I agree with Luco. I hope they have something up their sleeves aswell. Maybe if they keep there current 234872398472398 cored CPU system and add some better performance/per core, they will have Intel by the balls. But since they are behind in processing nodes, I don't see this happening :( But on the GPU side, I see some competition coming.

i thought i read somewhere that broadwell and even skylake are going to be targeting mobile platforms at first. hence releasing highly efficiency, yet lower performing models, with the enthusiast/gaming cpus coming on later.
