Hey guys I'm wondering if any of you will take a look at my first computer build and try and make any improvements to it without stretching the price point. If it is a little bit over still suggest it because I may just go with your suggestion. Also anything that I am missing as in like another monitor or a certain useful gaming tool. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3vgcwP

Solution
Your build will work as is.
My suggestions:
1. TX3 cooler is no better than the stock intel cooler.
If you want to oc a bit, I suggest about $30 for a cryorig H7. The cm hyper 212 is popular, but is tall enough that it might not fit in your case.

2. Try motherboard integrated HD sound first. You can always add a discrete sound later if you acquire top end speakers or headphones.
I assume you have headphones now.

Today with your budget, I see no reason not to build based on skylake.
A 6600k, Z170 motherboard and ddr4 ram. Omitting the sound card will pay for that.

You do not have much to put inside a full ATX case.
I might look for a smaller, cheaper M-ATX motherboard and a case like the Silverstone PS-07.

Lastly,
I will never...

Lastly,
I will never again build without a ssd for the "C" drive. It makes everything you do much quicker.
120gb is minimum, it will hold the os and a handful of games. If you can go 240gb, you may never need a hard drive.

I would defer on the hard drive unless you need to store large files such as video's.
It is easy to add a hard drive later.
Samsung EVO is a good choice.
Intel 730 is OK too.
