Hi folks,
I want to build a new computer for me, but I'm underage and I don't work yet, so I don't decide the budget, here is the build:

CPU-
I7 4790K (1150) -US$340 -R$1680
I7 6700k (1151) -US$420 -R$2300
I7 5820k (2011-v3)-US$390 -R$2210

Memory-
DDR4 - G.SKILL Ripjaws 4 Series 16GB 2 x 8GB (F4-2400C15D-16GRR) -US$75 -R$800
DDR3 - G.SKILL Sniper Series 16GB 2 x 8GB (F3-1866C9D-16GSR) – US$75 -R$600

Cooling-
Air-
Noctua NH-D15 -US$ -R$580
Liquid-
Corsair Hydro series H110 Extreme -US$115 -R$500

GPU-
MSI Geforce GTX 970 -US$350 -R$1800

PSU-
800 to 850W (decide the model)

Is this good? Any suggestions to improve? And I also need to know good motherboards for each socket, but they can't cost more that $200, but, if necessary, I can afford more, but anything beyond $250.

Solution
Here are three builds that fall close to your budget using the three CPU's you list. But questions are:

What are you using this system for? Are you sure you need an i7? Why do you need an 800W PSU (that is pretty big)?
Do you need the following
- Monitor
- keyboard
- mouse
- Wifi connection (card)
- speaker
- Operating System (Windows)
- anything else you can think of

Thank you imsqam, this system is most for gaming but sometimes I need to do somethings like rendering and run a server to play with friends in my home network. An I7 seem to be more future-proof than an I5, I3 or any AMD CPUs or APUs. I want to buy an 800-850W PSU because I want to install a new graphics card in the future, and I will also overclock, so I want an overkill PSU, just to ensure. I don't need anything that you said on that list, I already have everything. I already have storage, two Sandisk Extreme, one of 240 Gb and another of 120Gb and also a 3Tb Seagate HDD, if it matters. About the cooler, I think that a liquid cooling unit will be better because the temperatures where I live can reach 40ºC/104ºF. I will need a case, but I will search for it after everything is decided. Due to delay in receiving a response, I made another list, http://pcpartpicker.com/p/8L7x4D , please check it and say if it's ok. I live in Brazil, so, not all of the parts are available here.
