suitable psu for graphics card??

Hey guys, have a dell optiplex 380 with a 255 watt psu and a 45 watt pci-e slot, im thinking of putting a ATI Radeon HD 4550 into it, my dell is here https://www.cnet.com/products/dell-optiplex-380/specs/
and the graphics card is here https://www.cnet.com/products/ati-radeon-hd-4550-graphics-card-radeon-hd-4550-256-mb-series/specs/
please tell me if there is going to be any issues for errors on this configuration, thanks in advance

The motherboards G41 chipset video is more powerful than that Video card. The PSU is just fine up to a GTX1050Ti.
