[SOLVED] Super high CPU when drawing

Hello!
I've been recently experiencing this problem - whenever I draw with a bit bigger brushes or bigger canvases, my CPU goes nuts, up to 100%.
This has never been a problem to me before, because my PC could handle way bigger canvases and 500px+ sized brushes.
My first thought was, if the virtualization could be affecting this, since it started using this much CPU when drawing at around the time I enabled virtualization. Does it really affect it though? (Sorry, I'm not really tech-savvy).
Also, this never causes lag, whenever I use any other software or program, only when drawing even with slightly bigger brushes.
Any help is really appreciated, thank you!
Also, I included this link of a screen recording I took on the lag (I use Krita here, but it lags my brush with any kind of drawing software) - View: https://imgur.com/a/A6o8SeE

Solution
Yeah, I agree with CountMike. That Core 2 Duo isn't doing you any favors. I'd suggest upgrading to literally any modern CPU. Even a super budget CPU like the AMD Athlon 200GE is going to be twice the CPU you have, but something like an AMD Ryzen 3 2200G or 3200G or an Intel i3 9100 are going to be a better choice. I'm sorry, but there really isn't an easy upgrade option here outside of buying a new PC.

Very weak processor and a demanding software.

I see, thank you! I was thinking of buying a new PC somewhat in the future anyways, so that reassures me even more then.

Really hard to help without knowing what he components of your pc are. Please list all parts.

Really sorry, forgot about that!
Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz
RAM - 12.00 GB DDR3
Bios - Phoenix ROM BIOS PLUS Version 1.10 A15
GPU - Nvidia GeForce GT 630
And it also says that SSD - 669GB
Am not really sure where to look up anything else that's needed, but if there's information lacking, I'll try to search more!

Well, you have a good number of options whether you are comfortable building your own PC or are looking for a prebuilt. It doesn't seem like you need anything too powerful so an off the shelf system with a Ryzen 3 or 5, or an Intel one with an i3 or i5, would be a good option for you and hopefully provide you with decent longevity.

Best of luck to you and come back if you need any other recommendations.
