Super Low Gaming PC

I'm building a little budget PC and right now I got 320$. Is these components the best I can go with at this price tag?
Cougar Spike Case 25$
Corsair VS350 35$
Asrock H110M-DGS 55$
Celeron G3930 40$
RX 460 Gigabyte 2GB OC WindForce 100$
4GB DDR4 2133MHz HyperX 35$
500GB WD HDD 33$
Grand Total : 320$
Is that a good gaming PC for Overwatch, Rocket League , WarThunder, Minecraft, a little bit GTA V and some photo / video editing?

RX 460 very good budget card. Can run all of them.

You won't be able to run the Celeron G3930 without a bios update on your motherboard, I hope you have a plan for that.
Rest is fine.

Spend the extra $20 for the G4560 as it's much better then that Celeron. That being said you either need the BIOS updated like Ali said or grab a budget B250 motherboard.

I don't have any more to spend on better Motherboard/CPU . I just ask if this build is decent. Also G4560 costs 90$ here and B250 is another 90$ so 35+50=85$ more I can't afford that. I know that needs BIOS Update my friend has Skylake Processor

Yes, for the price this is a great build. But we're only suggesting for you, if you're actually planning to build this then you won't be able to use it without a bios update, that's all.
If your friend has a Skylake CPU, then perfect. You're good to go.
