Question Super slow speeds while using surfshark vpn in Los Angeles

For the last few days I have been facing the problem where when connected to Surfshark VPN I am getting speeds below 1 MBps. I am located in Los Angeles but connecting to any surfshark VPN server in the world I get super slow speeds. Without VPN it's 12 MBps. Anyone else facing similar problems?

Maybe try to uninstall and reinstall the vpn client. That almost looks like a speed you would get from a free VPN or one that had a limited free trial.

Hard to say there is not much you can do if the only difference between the 2 speeds is one with vpn on and one with vpn off. I guess it all depends on if you paid for a long term contract in advance. There are many vpn services available and they tend to be fairly price competitive.
