My SSD is running incredibly slow, not sure what the issue is. I've tried connecting it to different SATA ports but had no luck. I tested it on UserBenchmark to see if there was anything there I could find on it, it shows the performance is ridiculously slow. I would love any help, this has been infuriating to deal with. I'll post the results of my UserBenchmark test.

Basically, you need to have old and new drive connected at same time and cloning SW copies everything including boot partitions and everything else from old drive to new one.
Several tools to do that. If you get something like this http://www.samsung.com/uk/memory-storage/850-evo-sata-3-2-5-inch-ssd/MZ-75E120BEU/ it comes with cloning software.
Other, my favorite, Macrium Reflect Free https://www.macrium.com/reflectfree that not only does cloning but also can be used for full backups. I usually just use it to make backup of whole system disk and with the help of USB drive that MR makes boot from it and transfer from the backup file whole thing to new drive. It's actually simpler and faster than it sounds, To backup a disk of that...

To do that you need to go in your bios hold the DEL key when you start up your computer (or whatever key your BIOS tells you to hold to enter the bios screen setup)(check your ssd) and make sure is in AHCI mode

One way would be to enter BIOS and check there or
You can open the Admin Command prompt and type:
fsutil behavior query DisableDeleteNotify
Results culd be.
DisableDeleteNotify = 0 : TRIM is already enabled and working in Windows
DisableDeleteNotify = 1 : TRIM is not enabled

If Trim is enabled there's good chance AHCI is enabled.

It's a 120gb drive, I still have 30gb left on it so that shouldn't be the issue. I think I may just have to buy a new SSD. I looked this up before and people don't seem to have nearly as much of an issue as I do.

After doing some more research on the SSD I have specifically, it's an issue that plenty of people have had with this particular one. Very very very slow write speeds and no where near the read speeds I should have been getting. I've had this issue for quite a while now and some people have had their's fail within a few months, so as much it sucks I'm going to have to buy a new one along with a windows key. Thanks for the fast replies and help 🙂
