Question Super slow upload on PC, but fast on phone with WiFi

As my topic says.

Im reaching download speeds on PC between 350-500Mbit/s
But upload only gets 5-6Mbit/s on the PC.
(Using the same network. Only PC are using the 2.5G LAN output on the router.)

On my phone! I reach similar download speeds.
But upload reaches 150-200Mbit/s
(Using WiFi ofc)

I have no other network card to test other than, the built in on the motherboard.
I have a new and freshly installed Windows 11 on my PC
I have the latest firmware for my motherboard (of everything)
I've tried to reset network drivers and adapers.
I have no tweaking software installed that could impact network performance.

But I cannot get a good upload speed on PC with LAN.
But great upload speed with phone with WiFi

Anyone have a clue how to fix it?

(Network is 5G with a outdoor reciever. Connected to a indoor router for LAN and WiFi)

Thx

I've tried network speed on my son's PC.

He gets way lower on the DL speed with regular LAN port. (around 100-120Mbit/s)
But he still reach great speeds in UL.

So I switched the cables. (tada)

And I recieved also 100-120Mbit/s DL
But still only 5-6Mbit/s in UL

And hes PC is WAAAY older than mine.

So I belive the problem must be in my system.

Run and post the results of "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt on both computers.

Copy and paste the full results here and be sure to indicate the source computer (your PC, son's PC).

Make and model router?

Machine A run iperf3 -s (in command line) as a server

Machine B run iperf3 -c 192.168.1.20 (assume it's machine A IP address)

-s means server mode, -c means client mode
