I agree.I’d get a hearing test. If you physically switch the earphones around then any real imbalance will follow the louder driver. As the loudness stays with one ear my first thought is a difference in your hearing between ears.

I'm not a doctor, but my hearing in my left ear at one point was slightly weaker than my right. The problem has thankfully now went away.Is there any chance it's because of some asymmetry in my ears placement?
