I recently purchased my Megahalems CPU heatsink from Superbizz.com and I could not be happier, thier communication and customer service are awesome to say the least. They usally always have deals to get free shipping or $5-$10 off certain purchases.
I had a problem where my purchase didn't add the disscount and I emailed them about it and within an hour maybe two they called me to straiten it out. The man I spoke with was very nice and polite and actually sounded like he cared and wanted to solve the issue and not like those people you talk to that sound like they hate thier job and only are talking to you to get through their work day.
So after explaining the problem to him within minutes he said he'll take care of it and have it all straitend out, he also informed me that the item will take a few days to ship due to high demand, I told him that was fine. Sure enough I got and email sortly after showing that the discount was added to my order. The cooler was at a really nice price and it so happend that they sold out, I was emailed about it a informed of the delay, also got an email telling me when they got thier shipment in and were sending the cooler out that day.
I was sceptical to buy from them a first also, but I was wrong to be, I couldnt be happier with Superbizz.com the way everything turned out.
