SuperClocked GPU Cheaper then Stock GPU: Worth it?

I am getting a EVGA GeForce GTX 950 for my smaller case computer build. Been looking at prices and notice that on Amazon the Normal Stock version of the GPU is actually 10 bucks more then the Super Clocked version.

Since it is cheaper, is it worth getting the SC GPU over the stock version?

but of course

more performance for less money is a no brainer. they are based on the same pcb and have the same power needs so really no reason not to get the better card for less.
