well i enabled superfetch on my hdd and i saw that stuttering stopped in my games on windows 10

Superfetch is a service to manage the performance. I have seen performance issues when the service is enabled, hence they disable the service. Glad that it's the other way around in your case.

i have only enabled the superfetch service cache applications only in the regedit windows 10 always has it set to everything by default that is why the hdd gets high disk usage if you set it to just the thing i have mentioned above no more stuttering in games and no more high disk usage problem!!!!!
