Hello! I had my current pc built some 3 years ago, and now want to buy new gpu but im worried it won't work with my psu. Card i want to buy is MSI GeForce GTX 960 Armor 2X and it states it needs 29a 400w. Power should not be the problem but amps are cause for concern.

superpower 750w atx v 2,0
current 28A, 20A, 0,8A, 3A
only the 20a is supposed to be +12v the 28a is +3,3v.

To i need to change psu first or will it work. thanks in advance and sry for any spelling errors

Solution
If your "750W" PSU only has a single +12V rail rated at 20A, it ain't no 750W PSU. Better not use it for even a tiny card.

On the other hand, if the PSU is actually this one: http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&ved=0CCEQFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fcdn.billiger.com%2Fdynimg%2FNDLwE9bmnM7wU_FUmojsurt4H9rycHjeBa9LTdXG2DAr6D3D82YE2tGxD7Jz_CgdBxwBcNmoxJh-ZNs2nQo0E8%2FKatalogansicht.pdf&ei=bj6XVYe5MIjggwSD8aLACQ&usg=AFQjCNGgUvDsKET60EL4AmiYrUr9LYwTVA&sig2=BWHmzOT-fK5EFS_ITfOKYQ&bvm=bv.96952980,d.eXY
...it has 4 x +12V rails rated at 20A each and will be fine to use.

Solution
It is the one on the link. I don't know much about how they work just posted them from the manual that was in the box. Should have posted all to avoid confusion. As i said in above post i had it built for me, sadly the who did is not around anymore so could not ask him about the psu.

edit: just bought and installed it, seems to run fine so far :) i hope it stays that way
