Surrond Sound problem not playing sound on TV mode.

So I have a Pioneer VSX-532 reciever. I have set everything up correctly with the speakers. When it's on Blu-ray, Cable, Game, or Stream Box (Roku) mode on the reciever sound comes from all of the speakers like it should. When I have it on tv mode for when i Chromecast something from the computer to my Vizio TV (Built into the tv so I take advantage when I can). No sound comes from any of the speakers and I have to use the built in tv speakers.

Any way for me to get it to work with the surrond sound speakers instead of the built in tv speakers when on Chromecast/tv mode?

You've used up your HDMI inputs on the receiver by what you say, so I'm assuming the PC connects directly to the TV. What make/model is it please? Does it have an Optical Out that you can use Toslink to go from the TV to the Receiver?

Check the TV audio menu. Should be set to Bitstream or 5.1 rather than PCM.
