[SOLVED] SurSvc causing high cpu fan speed?

Sometimes a process called SurSvc will randomly pop up and bring my CPU fan speed from a normal idle ~620 RPM to 970 RPM, is this normal? It usually returns to normal after a few minutes. My computer is pretty new and I haven't installed anything shady.

Looks like it’s part of Intel spyware so I would disable that service myself it’s not necessary for windows to run. But if you do disable it whatever Intel software are you having installed might need it
