Suspected dead motherboard

I'm suspecting that my motherboard is dead... quite disappointing, since I first built this rig in January... I wasn't pushing anything extreme either. CPU voltage is very slightly over stock, GPU overclocked via. Catalyst and power limit set to max. (+20%). So pretty much it was working fine the one minute, next minute CPU led is red, and all the fans are dead, but not those that are hooked up to the PSU via molex. It doesn't beep or anything. Therefore I'm pretty sure it's the mobo, not quite sure. I don't have any other parts, so I can't really troubleshoot. Help please?

Mobo and CPU in question: Asus M5A97 Evo r2.0 and AMD FX-8320.

Please list all parts... I am most interested in your PSU make model and age?

PSU is a Corsair CX600M, very new, bought in the Holiday season (late December 2013). As I said, I doubt it is the PSU, since the fans I have hooked up through molex are still running...

Well how am I supposed to know what part failed then? Any suggestions? Also forgot to mention that the graphics card coolers fans are running as well.

You could try unplugging your ram and leaving one in, same with your hard drive. Assuming you have an extra one
