Suspicious Activity Detected: Unable to Identify Your Browser

I've started getting this message recently after upgrading to Internet Explorer 11 and trying to browse the forums. I'm on a computer that was recently infested with malware, but Malware Bytes claimed that it cleaned everything up. However "unable to identify your browser" doesn't sound like a malware problem. Any idea I'm getting this with IE 11? I'm posting this from Chrome.

Enable Distil Networks in Ghostery.

It's usually an issue with a filter.

I use Firefox with adblock plus , no issues.

OK, stupid question time. What is Ghostery? Is it a plugin? As far as I know I don't have anything called Ghostery installed, but I'll double check

Thought you might be running the filter it causes this issue if you use it with browsers.

Don't know why IE is having issues if no filter being used.

Try clearing the cache also , Might be blocking Distil if tracking protection is enabled.

Only thing I can think of is that something is changing the user agent string OR tomshardware.com doesn't recognize the freshest rev of IE. But I'm just guessing...

It's usually a tracking protection problem , when enabled has an issue with some forum filters usually Distil.

OK, I think I got it. MalwareBytes missed an add-on called "QuickShare Widget". AVG seems to have successfully disabled it, and I can now browse the forums with IE.
