So last week i decided to upgrade to win 1903 (I had 1809) first of all after upgrading geforce experience stopped working well i can't optimize games anymore ,Second alot of stuuters and drop fps with bf4 and titan fall 2 and games isn't smoth like before i checked the temps of gpu and cpu looks fine (70c for gpu and 66c for cpu) i have all latest drivers for my pc.
what i did
I did a clean install of windows 1903
Formated my hdd
reinstalled all nvidia drivers using ddu
i tried my ram at stock speed 2133
reinstalled my gpu
disabled/enabled game mode
after all of that i manged to fix is gefroce experience only so what should i do?

msi b350 gaming plus
cooler master mwe 500w 80 plus
