Yes sometimes when i want to restart or shut down the computer its crashes and appear a blue screen

yes im using windows 7 32 bit i dont know what hardware im using beacuse im not that good at computers

We can find out. You did a screenshot of the taskmanager, so if i point you to the correct settings, you'll do that as well, and then we'll see.
(I have Windows 10, so i have to guess a bit on my own).
Try to find "System" in your settings, where there should be a display of your hardware:

Can you then post a screenshot of that system-panel for your system?
(hint: do the same as in the screenshot, make your Windows-IDs invisible...)
