So my brother bought a used r5 3600 and it did not work for him, so I wanted to test it on my pc, I swapped minr and his in both of our motherboards, mine worked on his motherboard but his cpu didn't work on mine, but when I returned my cpu to my motherboard it now says "over current detected on usb device, device will shutdown in 15 seconds" and also the EZ DEBUG LED for the CPU is red. I really need urgent help and thanks in advance!!
I tried removing cmos for 5 mins, also took the mobo out the case and tested the parts, still same issue, took out ram and reseated it + reseated cpu 100 times.
