Question Swapping motherboard

If I replace my motherboard can I just swap my two M.2 SSD’s and just need a new windows key? I know I’ll need to likely update drivers but will I run in to any other issues?
Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite AXV2 rev 1.3
Windows 10

I think my motherboard is bad and I bought the same motherboard to replace it. Can I just swap cpu, ram, SSD, and boot it up?

Yes, you can do that without problem except re-activate Windows, but why don't you send it to RMA instead of buying a new one?

Then just move your other PC parts onto the new MOBO and re-activate Windows!
