As the title says.
I got a new motherboard and im wondering if i can switch to my new one without reinstalling windows without corrupting or screwing up my current
installation.Seeing as they are both Msi cofeelake lga 1151.
Can i mess up my current win 11 install somehow?
I have read that some people have no problem doing this. What do i have to be careful about when doing this?
Thank you for any help.

You should reinstall the OS, no other way about it, even if the chipsets are the same. backup your current mission critical data, recreate your bootable USB installer and then install the OS in offline mode.
Alright!Damn too bad,all those hours reinstalling software is sooo time consuming.

Probably would be fine without windows reinstall.
Just make sure sata controller mode settings and boot mode settings in BIOS are identical and
reinstall chipset drivers and lan drivers and audio drivers.
