Switch keyboard language

I have Windows XP French installed. The initiale installation has a France
French keyboard setting and once the install was complete I added the
Canadian French. But everytime I boot the system, the keyboard remain in
France French and once I open a session it switch to Canadian French.
Somebody have a solution ?

Delete the French French keyboard and keep the Canadian French keyboard..

I have already did it but it didn't work. Do you have another idea?

You have to boot again to get the French keyboard to go..
