So I bought a new rig a week ago, it only has on disk and it's a m.2 Samsung 960 EVO. My old computer has a regular sata 3 disk with 2TB of space. Disk is devided on two particions. Particion C has windows 10 installed while particion D has data that I need. Will I be able to access my data if I simply delete the whole C particion and plug my sata disk in my new computer?

Solution
Yes, as long as you don't also delete partition with data on it. Give that partition a distinct name because letters will change when you look at it from OS or partitioning program.

Not sure I would do that if you have data you can't replace.
First any data that you can't replaced should be backed up to another drive. (you should always have this backed up )
Then install the OS on the new drive. Make sure you can access your data before deleting/reformatting anything
