Switching from 8320 to i5, what do I do?

So for Christmas I got an i5 6500, and used to have an FX8320. How would I change all of the drivers so that I can still use my current windows 10 hard drive, without having to start with a plain partition (I have lots if programs I don't want to re download)

Going to very different hardware with a cloned hard drive is just begging for problems. Bite the bullet and do it properly. Also take note that if you have the OEM Windows rather than the more expensive retail version, Windows is tied to the hardware and it's very likely you will to purchase a new license for Windows 10.
