[SOLVED] switching to raid mode

i was thinking of switching over to raid mode, seeing as how i have a 250GB nvme boot, 1tb nvme, 2tb ssd, 1tb hhd, 1tb hdd. however right now im running windows 10 home x64 in ahci, will i have to format to run in raid? if so what would your recommend bios settings be for running in raid with these specs?

Mobo: Asus ROG Strix b450-f gaming
CPU: ryzen 5 3600x
Ram: Samsung geil evo 3600MHz
GPU: Gigabyte rx 580 8gb oc'd dual fan
PSU: Evga fully modular psu 750 bronze rate

Solution
Unless you're actually running a RAID array, RAID mode in the BIOS does nothing. No benefit at all.
And the only thing you could RAID from those drives is the 2x 1TB HDD.
