Question Sys CLock STILL wrong

a win 8.1 dual booting with linux mint. mint is daily driver and no issues with the clock. the 8.1 will be about 6 hours off, just the hours,,i have reset server couple time, even set time zone to alaska[ east coast here 5 hr]. still each time i use 8.1 its still off. it's ok even for hours while i use it,, only wrong after its shut. thanks

Is the time the same in your BIOS? If so, try and replace the CMOS battery with a fresh cell.

Check in "Scheduled Tasks" under Control Panel/Administrators Tool. If you find something there that sets the time, delete it.
