[SOLVED] Sys_Fan1 case fan won't start

I recently finished building a PC and when I went to turn it on, everything working fine except for the case fan. It has 2 cables attached to the fan and only one will actually fit any pins on the motherboard, but yet it won't get any power to start spinning.

Motherboard is a "Gigabyte B450M DS3H"
Fan came pre-installed with the case, which is a "Kolink Void RGB".
The RGB doesn't work either but that's already been established that the mobo I have won't support it.
I've had a snoop around in the BIOS and it thinks the fan is fine, but is sitting at 0 RPM. I'm very new to wiring and such, so I'm not sure if its to do with the wiring, or another part.
Also yes, the mobo has only 1 fan port and 1 CPU fan, but the CPU and GPU fans work fine.

Solution
Does the fan have the older molex connector? Some have both. If so, disconnect it from the board and plug it directly into the molex psu power connector. If it spins then the port on your board could be bad. If not then you may need to get a new fan.
