[SOLVED] System Agent Configuration not found on Asus ROG STRIX B450-F

So I am trying to set up dual monitors and when I plug my second hdmi cable into my motherboard's hdmi2.0 port my pc wont detect it.
I discovered you have to go into the bios and go to system agent to active the hdmi port to be able to use it but it's not there.
I have an RTX 2080 and and I'm wondering if there is any way for me to access my hdmi port on my motherboard?

yes it does but I am already using it for my primary monitor, is there any way to use the hdmi on my mother board, or should I just get an multi hdmi port for my graphics card?

yes I have a ryzen, and I do have an hdmi adapter, but there is only has one hdmi port on my ryzen , I was asking if I should just get something to run two hdmi cables from the one on my ryzen since, there is no possible way for me to use my mother board's hdmi as you said

Ryzen don't have igpu. so the motherboard will NOT display anything.

yes its a rtx 2080, and no one is hdmi only the other has vga but I have an hdmi adapter for it.

Just use the RTX 2080 for both monitors. If the secondary monitor is used for web/streaming/Netflix/etc and not gaming then it won't hurt performance on the primary monitor. For VGA you will need a VGA to HDMI active adapter, if it's not active then it won't work.

Damn my b I forgot I accidendtly had my second hdmi port cover up with a certain part about my case lol,. Thank you for the help anyways I'm know aware I cant use my motherboards hdmi port.
