System and Compressed Memory 30% CPU

So recently this program has been randomly idling at 30% CPU. I have no idea why. Reset only works for a little while before it comes back.

I've tried an sfc scan, and virus scan and neither helped. Please Help!

I've figured out that when I close chrome and disable ad-block, the problem goes away. But I don't understand why it's happening, I've never had this problem with chrome before.

I'm using Windows 10, and am currently using its own explorer Microsoft Edge while I try to figure out the problem.

Possibly issues with google update exe, but then again this should have been sorted out sometime back. Check processes under task manager if its running, or in services.
