system boot up problem

i once forced shut down my laptop while it was on start up repair (after 4 hr of running start up repair). after that my system is not booting up. Initially it shows input output error. i tried to format it with bootable pendrive but it is not going beyond "Install now" pop up window. While booting with bootable pendrive, it is showing loading window files then a window to select language and then install now , then nothing happening.

Please advice what to do or what may have damaged and how to repair ??

Choose custom install ,You need to delete first the drives from where your OS was installed together with system reserve. Click "NEW" before loading window files.
