Memory bandwidth went up with the NB as well. At 2200 it was getting 16.8 GB/s ( it was stable enough to run Sandra, just not everything else ), which is 500 MB/s faster than what I settled on. That would have helped the very applications that were crashing. I may have been able to get everything stable and optimized with enough time, but I only had about 24 hours to OC the thing.

Welcome to the marathon side. You think you have nothing but time, then poof the time is gone and you still need O/C results.

Oh, it was fun. Very challenging, but a good learning experience. Like I said, I have a lot more compassion for all those builders in the past I complained against.
