System can't run AC Revelations on which I have played Splinter Cell Conviction

I have HD 2400 pro and have 256 MB of dedicated video memory and 3 GB of shared video memory and I have played Splinter Cell Conviction but I can't run AC Revelations which have the same system requirements as Splinter Cell Conviction why can anyone help?

What's the issue that is popping up? Does the game crash on start up? Does it just run terribly? (Graphics pop in, low FPS, etc.)

Graphic issues I can't see the character but only his eyes and I also can't see the Scenery, Landscape and the envoirement. 🙁

This probably means that there are missing textures in your game . Your pc cannot load some textures . Try lowering resolution or graphics setting . You can also try updating your graphics driver . Please notify me if it fixes your problem as i'm interested
