Greetings!

I've problem with my new pc build. Just bought new motherboard, memory, cpu. Everything installed in case. Fresh windows 7 on formatted SSD drive. Things were sooth until i've installed gfx drivers. After that system would reboot after windows logo, sometimes a little bit further when loading Catalyst Control Center. Since then i've tried following:

-reinstalling drivers
-installing old drivers
-reinstalling windows
-manually setting ddr clock
-trying with different HDD
-Mem ok! say all is good
-tdr delay fix
-bios 2501 x64 september 2014

Found that pc would reboot when installing new windows, after loading files (before graphical menu)
Can boot system in safe mode.
GFX card , drives, psu working just fine with my old MB
Temperatures are fine.
Could it be, my Power Supply is is no enough?

Hardware
MB - Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0
CPU - AMD FX 6300
MEMORY - GEIL Black Dragon 2x DC 4GB 1866MHz
GFX - ASUS Radeon HD 7750
HDD - Samsung SSD 840 EVO
Power - be quiet! Dark Power 550W Pro

Scan for Malware: Use your antivirus application to scan for malware and remove it in Safe Mode. Malware that may be impossible to remove in normal mode — because it’s running in the background and interfering with the antivirus — may be removable in Safe Mode. If you don’t have an antivirus installed, you should be able to download and install one in Safe Mode.
Run System Restore: If your computer was recently working fine but it’s now unstable, you can use System Restore to restore its system state to the earlier, known-good configuration. Assuming your computer is unstable and crashing, it may be possible to run System Restore without crashing from Safe Mode.
Uninstall Recently Installed Software: If you recently installed software (such as a hardware driver or a program that includes a driver) and it’s causing your computer to blue-screen, you can uninstall that software from the Control Panel. Your computer should hopefully boot normally after you’ve uninstalled the interfering software.
Update Hardware Drivers: Assuming your hardware drivers are causing system instability, you may want to download and install updated drivers from your manufacturer’s website and install them in Safe Mode. If your computer is unstable, you’ll have to do this from Safe Modee — the hardware drivers won’t interfere and make your computer unstable in Safe Mode.
See Whether a Crash Occurs: If your computer is unstable normally but works fine in Safe Mode, it’s likely that there’s a software problem causing your computer to crash. However, if the computer continues to crash in safe mode, this is often a sign that there’s a hardware problem with your computer. (Note that stability in Safe Mode doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a hardware problem. For example, your graphics card may be faulty and causing crashes under load. However, it may be stable in Safe Mode because your computer isn’t performing demanding operations with it.)

Now, what's the real cause of this problem?

Here are the possibilities:

1.your windows boot file has been corrupted, so you are having this problem.

2.You have made a recent hardware change/ driver installation.

3.Your hardware component has been faulty ( either RAM or HDD).

4.Overheating

Now, come to the solution(s):

I am writing the solutions number wise as the possibilities:

1.Use a start up disk to boot or repair the startup using Windows 7 startup repair (either original Windows 7 installation dvd or if your vendor provided a repair dvd). you can find how to do it in help section in detail. pop the dvd, configure bios to boot from it, select advanced then goto repair.

2. remove any hardware you have installed recently then try to boot in safe mode ( by pressing F8 during boot you will get options)

3.If you have multiple RAM remove one bye one and try, its a trial error method. If HDD is faulty, you have to goto hardware vendor.

4.Check the inside of the cabinet: clean meticulously , look if any cable is blocking any fan.

Note: Try from solution 1 then in decending way. Dont open cabinet when its On or if you dont have the knowledge to perform this task.

did you first install windows without a graphics card and rely on the internal one first..

He cant install the windows without a graphics card. The motherboard has no integrated graphics in it.
