System dead help.

After I couldn't reset window10 using those setting because my mouse wouldn't work to select key board layout. I downloaded windows 10 on a usb. My computer booted the windows 10. Than I deleted everything on my hard drive in custom advance. I either get can't find device drivers. Or than I do upgrade opinion it tells me to remove in stallion device and restart. But when I restart it goes in a loop to boot from something.. I want a clean install. Please help just get os back on hard drive. I have driver cd that came with computer but they don't work. Msi driver and utility

When. It hit the auto boot I think it's saying graphics card not found.
