Question System does not show all the ram installed however bios detects it

Hi,
Previously I had 16GB (8*2) DDR3 ram installed on my PC. Yesterday I bought another 8GB ram to upgrade. it has the same voltage and it's the same brand. After the installation, from the system, it shows 16GB like before, but from CPU-Z and BIOS, it detects 24GB.

My MotherBoard Model is: gigabyte F2A85X-D3H (P0)
Can you guys help me to resolve this?

BIOS, CPU-z info has been attached.
