Question System doesn’t fully function

I thought I solved this issue, on my newly built pc, it worked somewhat fine till I clicked update and shut down before I got off, the monitors went blank and the computer just kept running, in fact thats what it usually just does, having to unplug the psu cord because the power button doesn’t turn off the pc, every time I boot up, I am met with the msi loading screen, a chance to go into bios, and at the end a message saying the pc failed to start up, sometimes when i click something the monitors lose signal and I have to restart, i solved this by wiping the drive clean and then I could access everything, games, internet, benchmarks were fine except for not detecting an ssd, anyways, A LOT of problems, how might I fix it?

Motherboard: MSI x570 carbon pro gaming wifi
Cpu: ryzen 5 3600
Gpu: rx 570
Ssd: gigabyte aorus pcie 4.0
Psu is 460 watt
32 gb of ram
