Question System doesnt boot

Specs:
Cpu fx 8100
Gpu gtx 1060 6gb
Ram 8gb ddr3 spacebr
Mobo asrock n68-s3 fx

I turn the psu on, the cpu fan spins at full speed and the gpu fan spins for a second then stops, this happens with the ram on or off of the mobo.
The gpu and psu are working, tested them at another computer.
Already drained the power from the psu, reseted the cmos.

No beeps with or without ram. I dont think the mobo is capable to produce sounds tho...
