I've had some weird issues with my Hellhound 7800XT. System worked fine with an RX 6600 before. This is what happens with the 7800XT:

First time I slotted it into the PC, or any time you take it out of the slot and you put it back in, once turned on the system bootloops without displaying an image. Idk what fixes this exactly, but just fiddling with the GPU inside the PCIe slot (either keeping it slightly up or pushing on it slightly down; things like that) will eventually make the system boot as normal. Once you hit the spot basically and it boots, all of the BIOS settings reset (CSM is turned back on, Above 4G decoding and Re-Bar are turned off, XMP is disabled).

Once you set everything back up the system works normally until you take the GPU out of the slot, then it does all of this again, everytime.

Also, while the PC is on, if you remove the side panel and do anything to the GPU, both the audio and video freeze and you have to restart the PC. Gently touching the GPU, like slightly moving it upwards with one finger for like 2mm does this.

I haven't found anything on the internet about this, only an i don't know how many years old forum thread that said updating the BIOS fixed the issue for that person. I did that and it didn't help my case.

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
GPU: PowerColor Hellhound 7800XT
Mobo: ASRock B450M Pro4 R2.0
RAM: Gskill TridentZ Neo 2x16gb 3600mhz CL18
PSU: Thermaltake ThoughPower GF1 850W Gold
Boot SSD: Samsung 870 Evo 250gb Sata SSD

Thanks for taking the time to read this, any help would be greatly appreciated

SOLVED: Looks like the problem was GPU sag, once I supported the weight of the GPU it works fine.

I can't understand how sag can make the PC not post but still
