Question system error memory full

I am getting memory full error when playing game. sometime, after not using my computer for sometime it is locked up . this just started after upgrading my new m.2 about a week ago. does any one think it's memory problem.

system i7 8700k, 16gb ddr4 3000, mb z370-e, 1080 ti fe 2 m.2 ssd.

Check your virtual memory and see if it is controlled by the pc or set manually. Go in to control panel, system, advanced system settings, advanced tab, click settings under performance, let windows choose whats best for my computer checked, go to advanced tab, adjust for best performance of programs checked, click change under virtual memory, make sure automatically manage page file size for your m2 drive.

When I checked it this morning it said 29 gb was available so I left it set to automatic.
