Question System Fans only react to CPU not GPU ?

I set my fans curves up in the BIOS and only see they can react to CPU or ambient temps which is fine, but when rendering I notice the GPU heats up but the fans do nothing. Is there a way I can get a reaction from both ?

Does your bios have an option to read temps from system instead of just cpu or pcie x16?

Sorry yes system is what I mean by ambient. Although can't find where the sensor is, fyi it's an MSI z390 Gaming Edge AC. Only has the 2 options, but I can plug in a fan to the gpu.
