[SOLVED] system for only video play back and browsing

I have old pc parts only mobo cpu and ram

Own
Intel G4560 2c/4t 3.5ghz
Gigabyte h110m motherboard
8gb ddr4 2666mhz single stick ram

Still thinking of buying
128gb Kingston sata ssd
Some local zebronics 450 psu ( firehazard) and local mini cabinet

So can this pc play video on vlc and do browsing
Playing video like 4k60fps video file and 1080p60fps video file
And browing youtube and facebook on firefox or chrome.

So ia this pc capable of that

I think not.
The integrated graphics is hdmi only and is capable of displaying 4k at only 24hz.

If that is ok, then maybe.
But 24hz is painfully slow for browsing.
The cpu would be ok.
120gb is usually too small for the C drive, but if you are not loading it up with apps, it could work.
I would prefer samsung or intel as a brand.

You can buy a GTX750ti on ebay for about $50 that would do the job.

Do you have a budget?
What would be your plans for the monitor and other parts?

Na man i can't put more money in this at this point. I will buy a dedicated gpu but thats down the line.

Thanks for telling me that 4k 60fps is not possible with this but can it do 1080p 60fps or thats also not possible and can this cpu run x265 encoded video.

I was planning to connect this system with my sony tv in my room with some good sound system.

So can this system do atleast 1080p 60fps and play x265 video without lags or jitters
