Question System freezing and or rebooting often. Can not find the source.

Hi here are the specs on my computer.

CPU- i5 3570k
Ram- 16gb
Windows 10 64 bit home edition
GPU- Nvidia GTX 550 Ti
MOBO - Gigabyte z77-D3H

The computer keeps freezing up after my daughter plays roblox and goes on google chrome to stream youtube. I have constant kernal event 41 errors for not being shut down properly. I have run full malwarebytes scans and have no issues.

is there someone here who can help me identify the problem? should I just do a refresh of windows?

any help would be appreciated.

not over heating and Cleaned about a month ago. Ran the basic malware scan and then the full covering all three drives with no issues found.

The PSU is a thermaltake toughpower 650

all fine. Was going to run error checking and windows 10 said no need to.

the event viewer is filled with issues, appmodel runtime mostly.

darn. was hoping to avoid that. Built this computer in 13 and don't use it much but I still need a main computer.

Think a windows refresh would help?
